Salisu is the founder, President/CEO. He coordinates all divisions and is responsible for strategic planning and growth of the company, working closely with other business leaders while emphasizing on our pillars of Excellence, People, Exceptional quality customer service satisfaction, Operational excellence, Profitability, Growth and environment. Salisu is an innovative financial executive and marketing professional well experienced in high-volume, multi-unit corporate/retail business operations. He has worked in the financial service industry for over 13 years offering outstanding presentations, communication and cross-cultural team management. He is skilled in talent recruitment, asset protection, financial management and customer relations. He is an ambitious individual who creates strategic alliances with organization leaders to effectively align with and support key business initiatives. He also builds and retains high performance teams by hiring and overseeing development. He is committed to cost-effective management of resources and quality performance. His last employment was with ASO Savings and Loans Plc, the biggest mortgage provider in Nigeria where he served as Group Head Institutional Banking Group. Salisu has also worked with other financial institutions such as Zenith Bank, Citizens International Bank and Nigeria Universal Bank. He holds an MSC in Financial Economics and has attended several international courses including the International Housing Finance Program (Wharton University of Pennsylvania). Architect Salman Idris

Executive Director Development and Construction

Architect Salman is a high calibre individual with proven track record of successful project management through methodical, thorough and diligent work. He holds a Master of Science in Architecture.

Salman has designed and constructed numerous projects for clients, which includes institutional buildings, commercial malls, warehouses, residential, hotels, markets, etc. He has managed more than 20 Renovation projects with budgets up to $250,000, and supervised/ managed construction projects ranging from $50,000 to $20 Million.

He has partnered in several projects with the Federal Housing Authority (FHA) where he has consistently been involved in the following:

Design standards and procedures.
Collaboration with builders to ensure construction is in line with drawings.
Supervise projects Architects and CADD technicians throughout the durations of projects.
Coordinates project teams in the development of preliminary and final design documents.

He is a very skilled Architect with expertise in site and environmental analysis, foundation Design and framing, strong technical detailing skill, architectural building systems, site planning and design expert, good working knowledge of Project Management, strong conceptual and schematic design skills, concrete and masonry expert, residential Construction specialist and staff, resources and risk management

He is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Architects (NIA) and the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON).

Barrister Rabi Mohammed

Director

Barrister Rabi holds an LLB in Law and a Masters in Banking & Finance from the University of Sheffield United Kingdom. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators. She is very skilled with expertise in Communication skills, Interpersonal Skills, Analytical and Research Skills, Leadership and Management Skills and Planning, organizational and competent mediation skills spanning over 14 career years. Barrister Rabi has had a very fruitful work career and contributed immensely to the growth of the following establishments. Barclays Bank Plc, Agricultural Research Council of Nigeria (ARCN), Tayasa Dredging& Construction Co, Zenith Windows.
